Commercial tile repairs and regrouting
Replacing damaged tiles and regrouting commercial areas.
Overview
Replacing a few damaged tiles or regrouting a worn area is often far cheaper than a full refurbishment. We repair and regrout tiling in commercial and public buildings, and in swimming pools through PoolRevive.
What we do
- Replacing cracked, loose or hollow tiles
- Raking out and regrouting worn or missing grout
- Epoxy regrouting
- Matching tiles as closely as possible
- Swimming pool repairs through PoolRevive
What to know
Repair before it spreads
Missing grout and loose tiles let water and dirt in, which can lead to more tiles failing. Catching it early keeps costs down.
Matching tiles
Suppliers change ranges over time, so an exact match isn't always possible. Keeping a box of spare tiles makes future repairs much easier.
How we work on site
For repairs we find out why the tiles failed first, so the problem doesn't come straight back, then cut out damaged tiles carefully without disturbing the ones around them.
- We keep dust down with vacuums and dust extractors and clean up as we go.
- We protect finished work and surrounding areas, and leave the site clean and tidy every day.
- We work evenings, nights and weekends when a programme or opening hours call for it.
- Both of us are enhanced DBS checked, hold CSCS cards and are trained in COSHH, manual handling, abrasive wheels and asbestos and silica awareness.

Common questions
Can you match my existing tiles?
If you have spares, yes. If not, we can usually source a close match, though not always a perfect one.
Is regrouting cheaper than retiling?
Usually yes, provided the tiles themselves are sound and well bonded.
Do you take on small or urgent repairs?
Yes. A cracked or lifting tile can be a trip hazard, and we'll fit urgent repairs in as quickly as we can.
Can you match our existing tiles?
We'll match as closely as possible. Spare tiles from the original job give the best result, so it's worth keeping a box.
Have a tiling project coming up?
Send us the details and we'll get a price back to you.
