TileTrust Ltd is a commercial tiling contractor based in Warrington, Cheshire. We specialise in medium to large projects for main contractors, facilities managers and building owners: floors and walls in public buildings, commercial kitchens, changing rooms and wet areas, and shop floors in supermarkets and retail stores.
Warrington sits between Manchester and Liverpool, with the M6, M62 and M56 close by. That puts sites across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire within easy reach of our base. Whichever site it is, the same experienced tilers stay with the job from the first tile to handover.
The buildings we tile
Our work is in the buildings where tiling has to cope with heavy footfall, water and daily cleaning: schools, colleges and universities, hospitals and healthcare buildings, sports facilities and leisure centres, supermarkets and retail stores, hotels and restaurants, and offices, factories and commercial units.

What we do
On commercial floors we lay hard-wearing porcelain, including large-format tiles, over bases that are checked, primed and levelled where needed. Most tile failures start below the tile, so preparation is never rushed. On walls we set out carefully so the finish looks right across the whole elevation.
In changing rooms and wet areas we tank showers before tiling, lay floors to falls towards drains and choose tiles with the right barefoot slip rating. In commercial kitchens and other areas that see water, grease and cleaning chemicals, we recommend epoxy grout, which resists staining and chemicals far better than cement grout. Where slips are a risk, we match each floor's slip rating to how the area is actually used.
We supply and fit, with tiles and materials from specialist UK suppliers, or fit tiles supplied by you or the main contractor. Where existing tiles are sound, repairs and regrouting can bring a tired area back into good order without a full retile.
Working on live sites
Many of the buildings we tile stay open while we work. We agree dates around your site, trading hours and other trades, and work evenings, nights and weekends when a programme calls for it. Larger areas can be phased so the rest of the building keeps running.
We keep dust down with vacuums and dust extractors, protect finished work and surrounding areas, and leave the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Qualified, checked and insured
Dan and Jay are NVQ qualified, hold CSCS cards and enhanced DBS checks, and are trained in COSHH, manual handling, abrasive wheels, and asbestos and silica dust awareness. We carry public liability insurance and run our own van, tools and equipment, with scaffold and specialist hire arranged when a job needs it.
Beyond the North West
