Hotels need a high-end finish and as little disruption to guests as possible. Rooms out of action cost money, so work has to be planned tightly and finished on time.
We tile en-suites, spas and pool areas, commercial kitchens, receptions, bars and public washrooms in hotels, from refurbishing a block of rooms to a full fit-out.

Room-by-room phasing
We can work floor by floor or room by room, so the rest of the hotel keeps trading.
Quiet, clean working
We cut and clean up with vacuums and dust extractors, keep corridors clear and leave every room clean.

Large-format porcelain, natural stone and mosaics, set out carefully so the finish looks right.
Waterproofing
En-suites and wet rooms need proper tanking before tiling to keep water where it belongs.
How we work on site
- We keep dust down with vacuums and dust extractors and clean up as we go.
- We protect finished work and surrounding areas, and leave the site clean and tidy every day.
- We work evenings, nights and weekends when a programme or opening hours call for it.
- Both of us are enhanced DBS checked, hold CSCS cards and are trained in COSHH, manual handling, abrasive wheels and asbestos and silica awareness.

Common questions
Can you refurbish rooms while the hotel is open?
Yes. We phase the work so only the rooms being tiled are out of use, and keep noise and dust to a minimum.
Do you tile hotel pools and spas?
Yes. Spa and wet areas are tiled by TileTrust, and swimming pools by our pool division, PoolRevive.
Can you supply the tiles?
Yes. We can supply tiles, adhesives, grouts and tanking through specialist UK suppliers, or fit tiles you supply.
