City centre tiling projects

Shops, offices, restaurants and apartments in city centres, with deliveries, access and neighbours planned for.

Overview

City centre jobs bring their own challenges: limited parking, delivery windows, busy pavements, lifts and stairs, and neighbours who need to carry on as normal. Good planning makes them run smoothly.

We take on city centre tiling across the UK, from Manchester and Liverpool to London, for retailers, restaurants, offices, hotels and residential developments.

What we tile

  • Shop and restaurant fit-outs
  • Office washrooms and receptions
  • Hotel and apartment bathrooms
  • Communal areas in apartment blocks
  • Repairs and regrouting

What matters

Deliveries and access

Materials are ordered and delivered to suit loading times, lifts and access routes.

Parking and permits

We plan parking and any access arrangements before the job starts.

Good neighbours

Noisy work is planned for suitable hours, and dust is kept down with vacuums and dust extractors.

Staying near site

On projects away from home we stay near site, so the job keeps moving.

How we work on site

  • We keep dust down with vacuums and dust extractors and clean up as we go.
  • We protect finished work and surrounding areas, and leave the site clean and tidy every day.
  • We work evenings, nights and weekends when a programme or opening hours call for it.
  • Both of us are enhanced DBS checked, hold CSCS cards and are trained in COSHH, manual handling, abrasive wheels and asbestos and silica awareness.
  • Risk assessments, method statements and COSHH information are available on request.

Common questions

Do you work in London and other cities?

How do you deal with limited parking and access?

We plan deliveries, loading and parking before we start, and agree any access arrangements with you or the building manager.

Can you work out of hours in city centre buildings?
