Tiles use the tile size plus one grout joint, then add your wastage, rounded up. Combined tiles and boxes only show when floors and walls use the same tile.

Adhesive is a typical cementitious adhesive estimate for the tiled area. Auto picks about 3 kg/m² for tiles up to 300 mm (6 mm notch), 4.5 kg/m² up to 600 mm (10 mm notch) and 6 kg/m² above that (12 mm notch, back-buttered). Manufacturer data varies, so check the bag.

Grout uses ((A + B) ÷ (A × B)) × joint × thickness × density, with A and B the tile sides in mm, plus your wastage.
